When we deliver

Monday to Friday. Most orders land within three working days, with live tracking on the day of delivery.

On the day of delivery

  1. Track your firewood delivery in real time with live driver updates on delivery day. We deliver our kiln dried firewood in bulk bags and crates using our on board pallet truck, ensuring your order is placed safely on your property rather than left at the kerb whenever possible.
  2. Because we offload using a heavy duty pallet truck, deliveries require a hard surface such as tarmac, monoblock or slabs. Pallet trucks cannot travel across loose gravel, grass, soft ground or up steps.
  3. Not going to be home? Just leave instructions at checkout showing where to leave your order, and our driver will take a photo of the drop once placed.

Free delivery on orders of £110 or more within 20 miles. Delivery is also available from 20 to 30 miles. Outside our standard delivery area? Contact us and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.
